• Vacation intake questionnaire: your travel preferences, travel style, departure and return airport or city, and other trip details you provide.
• Review and partnership requests: your name, email address, business name, type of business, website, location and the details of your offer.
• Newsletter sign-up: your name and email address.
• Trip bookings: when you book an experience on the Site or ask us to book travel for you, we collect the information needed to make the booking, such as traveler names, contact details and, where a supplier requires it, dates of birth, passport or identification details, and special requests (for example dietary or accessibility needs).

Some of these are located outside the United States, for example in the destination you are visiting, and handle your information under their own privacy policies.
• Service providers: companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host, our email provider, security and performance services (including Cloudflare and Wordfence) and booking software. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of our travelers or others.

Partner and affiliate links

The Site contains links to partners such as Villas of Distinction, Exoticca, Viator and Amazon. Some of these are affiliate links: if you book or buy through them, Runway Lyfe may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Runway Lyfe earns from qualifying purchases.

When you follow a partner link you leave our Site. Those partners collect and use information under their own privacy policies, and they may use cookies to recognize that you came from Runway Lyfe. We encourage you to read their policies before booking or buying.

Cookies and similar technologies

When we book travel for a family, a parent or guardian provides the information needed for minors. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
